Eligibility for Refunds
- You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Refunds are eligible for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item, size, or color).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” in their product description are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our Customer Support team at refunds@clearbox.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate your refund request.
- Provide your order number, details about the item(s), and reason for the refund request.
- We will guide you through the return process, including any return shipping instructions.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in less than original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Subscription Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for subscriptions are prorated based on your cancellation date and any remaining subscription term.
